More than Words exclusively maintains all important documents and business records in secure encrypted electronic files at our corporate location and at an off site server. When the need arises to print documents we reuse and recycle paper and encourage our team to do the same.

We reduce unnecessary driving emissions and travel fees to our clients by scheduling on-site interpreters with consideration of their geographic location.

Additionally, with the extensive use of telecommuting, teleconferencing, internet/video conferences, and encrypted file sharing between our clients, linguists and administrative staff, More than Words is able to keep business running seamlessly as though we are all in the same office and in doing so, help maintain the environment for the future.
